Many scooters have restrictor plate to limit the power. Google your scooter and see if one exist and how to remove it.

An exhaust, a racing clutch, a bigger carburator, a bigger bore or cylinder.

no air filter, but you’d want to be in a dust free area. o’wise, you really need a bigger motor, as there’s no-where practical/affordable left to go with what you have.
